Dynamic digital survey

Directly after the open day, all visitors receive an invitation by e-mail to participate in a survey. A lot of data is stored during the registration so that the filling in of profile, name and address details can be skipped. This means a lot more space for other relevant questions. The answers are linked to the personal profile of the visitor so that it is possible to report on different levels.

First, you will receive organisation-wide reports plus reports per faculty or field of study. These reports are available directly online and can automatically be sent to several e-mail addresses in various formats.

On the first working day after the open day, the faculties / course groups have direct access to all relevant information that was collected on the open day. This means a quantitative and qualitative reporting: how many potential students visited my open day, what is their profile and what is their opinion of the various courses of my faculty.
