For the right interaction with target groups around events, we make use of social media such as Hyves, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. For each target group, there is a suitable media option with a corresponding site and, based on the statistics, we can easily find who we are looking for. We are ready for this and you?

Visitors can register quickly and easily through the tailor-made site that we develop (in your house style) for your exhibition, congress or open day. Online registration is thus the moment to integrate social media.

There are various options:

  • share: there is the option to share the registration directly. The visitor presses the button of his social media (for example, the blue Facebook button), and automatically his whole network of friends is informed about his planned visit to the exhibition.
  • tweet it!: A Twitter wall can be placed on your exhibition website where tweets of registered visitors can be displayed. In this manner, everyone can follow what the reactions are of the registered persons.
  • follow/ friend: By simply pressing the button on the registration website a visitor can become follower or friend of your event. He is quickly and automatically informed about the latest news of your exhibition or congress.
  • register with: A visitor can register quickly and simply through his social media. For example, by clicking on the Register-with button, his personal details are sent from LinkedIn or Facebook to the registration website. Result: visitor registration simply by pressing one button!

It is a proven fact that Social Media deliver an important contribution to attracting visitors and therefore we also see many opportunities for the expansion of integration in the near future. Via our own Social Media Project Team, we can continue to serve you optimally in 2011.
