Works with QR codes
Whoever signs up online (e.g. via one of the Summit Forms registration forms) will receive a confirmation message. This e-mail contains a personal QR code. The Summit Host scans that code at the event location.

The Summit Host recognises who the subscriber is via the personal QR code and issues a corresponding badge immediately. This unique card contains his/her name, other relevant data and the personal QR code.

How the customer journey starts at the Summit Host
Everyone who signs up for your event will receive an email with a personal QR code. They take this code to the entrance of your event. Your host or hostess will give them a warm welcome there, with the Summit Host at their side. And then what?
Badging
The Summit Host scans the QR code. And prints a personal badge right away. This card contains the visitor’s name, other relevant information and his/her personal QR code.

Thanks to the Summit Scan software, visitors' badges can be scanned everywhere at your event. For example, where they participate in workshops or other sessions for accreditation.

Sponsors, exhibitors and partners can scan badges of visitors interested in their offer. Afterwards, they will find the details of these leads via the Summit Lead app.
