Summit is not only used to collect personal data. You can also be sure that you're complying with European data protection regulations (known in the Netherlands as AVG, internationally as GDPR).
We ensure that the protection of this data is legally, technically and organisationally in order.

Legal

We have a ready-made processing agreement for you. Fully focused on our services, with which our collaboration complies with the GDPR.

Technical

We secure all personal data that you collect through our hardware and software. Moreover, all this data is stored on a secure server in Amsterdam.

Organisational

We work according to strict procedures. For example, we lock up our computers when we go for coffee. And we only send personal data in combination with a password by text message.

EXTERNAL AUDIT

Summit externally audited by AAO Adviesgroep

Summit was externally audited in mid-2018. AAO Adviesgroep, a recognised ICT specialist, examined all three types of data security measures. From this investigation, a positive score was obtained. We therefore received a certificate that formally confirms that personal data is in good hands with us. Summit is externally audited every two years.
