This is how your visitors sign up

Registration takes place via Summit Forms, an online registration form:

  • that is clear and proven to be easy to use for anyone who registers;
  • that you can format as you see fit, always in your house style;
  • that uses a postcode and house number to automatically generate address details for clean data; that also allows registration for any content programmes;

  • that links directly to the usual online payment options (iDeal, credit card, etc.);
  • that is followed by a confirmation message with QR code (also for Apple Wallet).

And registration on site?

At the entrance, your hosts and hostesses scan the QR code of everyone who has registered online. A visitor hasn't signed up yet? Then we register that person on the spot: the on-site registration of 'walk-ins' is also in good hands with Summit!

  • Each scan quickly leads to the issue of the correct badge.
  • Our Helpdesk feature provides support for your hosts and hostesses.
  • We are happy to make our experience with visitor flows available.
  • Via our software (Summit Desk), we import visitor data at every 'work station'.
  • This means that this data is also available offline for scanning and badging.
  • Your workstation could be a laptop with a printer or our Summit Host.
